Which stainless steel grades do you offer?
Mainly 304L and 316L stainless steel, suited to damp environments and corrosion constraints. The choice depends on the use and contact with chemical or biological agents.
Do you make parts for certified medical devices?
We manufacture mechanical components to drawing for your R&D and prototyping phases. Certification of the final device (CE marking, etc.) remains your regulatory responsibility.
What is the minimum quantity for a lab prototype?
No minimum quantity. A single part for a test bench? That is possible. We also make small runs of 10 to 500 parts.
How long does an R&D prototype take?
Simple parts in 3D or machining: a few days. Complex stainless steel parts with a careful finish: 1 to 2 weeks. Lead time stated on each quote.
Can I send a sketch instead of a CAD drawing?
Yes. A dimensioned sketch, a photo with dimensions or a sample is enough to start the study. We can model the part in 3D if necessary.
